VARCommerce + Ingram Micro
VARCommerce connects to Ingram Micro's reseller API so live price and availability appear on quotes, an accepted quote becomes an Ingram purchase order submitted electronically, order status is pushed back by webhook, and Ingram invoices return serial numbers and tracking onto the customer order. Ingram quotes can be imported directly into a VARCommerce quote instead of retyped.

Setup uses your Ingram Micro reseller API credentials and is done with the VARCommerce team during onboarding.

Do I need my own Ingram Micro account?
Yes. VARCommerce uses your reseller credentials, so your pricing, terms and credit line apply.
Does the purchase order go to Ingram electronically?
Yes. The PO created from the quote is submitted through Ingram's reseller API and status comes back automatically, including by webhook when Ingram pushes an update.
Can I bring an Ingram quote into VARCommerce?
Yes. An Ingram quote is imported into a VARCommerce quote with its lines and pricing, so nothing is retyped.
