Pricing

Priced by users and modules. Every engagement starts with a 30-day trial.

We do not publish a rate card because the footprint varies more than the price: a five-user VAR on quoting and procurement and a 200-user reseller on every module are different systems. Here is how the price is built, so you know what to expect before the demo.

In one paragraph

VARCommerce is sold as a subscription priced by the number of users and the modules you enable: quoting, storefronts, procurement, orders and invoicing, and inventory. The CRM and reporting are included in every subscription at no extra charge. Onboarding, distributor feed setup, training and support are included. Pricing is quote-based, and every engagement begins with a risk-free 30-day trial on your own distributors and deals.

What determines the price

  • Users. Sales, purchasing, warehouse and admin users who sign in.
  • Modules. Quoting and procurement are the usual starting point; storefronts and inventory and warehousing are added when needed.
  • Always included. The CRM and reporting come with every subscription. There is no separate CRM licence.
  • Included. Onboarding, distributor feed connection, data import, training and in-house support are part of every engagement.

The 30-day trial

The trial runs on your real distributor feeds and pricing so you evaluate the system on your own deals, with the team available throughout. If it is not for you, you walk away.

Compared with the alternatives

Quoting-only tools are cheaper per seat because they do less: purchasing, receiving and invoicing still need another system and the people to reconcile them. Catalog-first platforms charge for breadth you may not use. The right comparison is the total of the systems and hours VARCommerce replaces. Compare →

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

How much does VARCommerce cost?

Pricing is a subscription by users and modules and is quoted after a short conversation about your footprint. Every engagement starts with a risk-free 30-day trial.

Is there a long-term contract?

Terms are agreed when the subscription is set up after the trial, based on your footprint. Ask during the demo and we will spell them out before you commit.

Is onboarding extra?

Onboarding, distributor feed setup, training and support are part of the engagement. We confirm the details for your setup in the quote.

Is the CRM extra?

No. The CRM and reporting are part of the base subscription for every customer.

Can I start with one module?

Yes. Most VARs start with quoting and procurement, with the CRM included, and add storefronts or inventory later; the record model is the same.
